For Sports Betting, the odds displayed on bett99 are final. If odds change after a bet is accepted, the result will be settled at the odds that were accepted. In the event of a cancelled or incomplete match, decisions will be made in accordance with bett99's policy.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Bett99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In particular, accounts may be closed immediately in cases of Terms violations, fraud, or suspicious activity.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any valid balance will be returned through the standard process. Bonus balances, however, will not be refunded.

11 Terms Updates & Changes

Bett99 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you at least 7 days in advance via your registered email and platform notifications.

Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please request account closure.
